To Whom it may concern,
I Jeana R. Maycock, want to talk to you about Linda Hughes and the zoom class I am taking with her, and why I highly recommend her class.
To tell you about me and my fitness, I am 54 and had been having the worst time with my knees, and I wanted to get stronger and lose weight, I truly just want to get back into my best health and fitness. I also have adult ADHD, so I get bored so very easy.
Linda reached out to me, asked me what I wanted, and asked me to check out her class. I am always one to try something new, but I do some times tend to drop a new class after a bit.
I have been taking a private zoom class with her for a few months now.
Let me tell you how she started, she asked me a lot of question, what I was looking for, what I wanted to achieve, was there any problems that I was having and last did I any injury's.
I was so impressed by this, my first class she explained what she was going to do and we started, she built a workout around my body, my needs and my desire.
With each class, she is adamant about my structure, doing each workout properly so as not to hurt myself, and if I was having any problems physically we would change it up.
Her main goal has always been to help me reach my goals, for me not to hurt myself but to improve my strength and mobility.
I can now do a squat with the best of them, I love them as well, I know when I start to do powerlifting, I will be doing it right and not hurt myself because of her training.
I am going slower, probably then most of her students. But this I like so very much because I have seen a change in my body and my knees are better than they have been in a long time.
Linda is always full of encouragement and updates my workouts as I get better and stronger.
I will keep going to her class.
I would highly recommend her for any athletic training, be it powerlifting, highland games, football and cheerleaders. Because she helps you build a great foundation. Without a great foundation I do not believe you could compete and succeed in any sport.
I guess that is why I love her class so much, each week I see myself in a better way, I feel better, look better and I know that wherever I go with this, I can count on her support and guidance.
