Your Exercise Adventures YEA Eagle Wren ArtworkThe Eagle And The Wren On The Right Side Of The YEA Artwork:

Along time ago in the land now called Ireland, the birds decided to have a competition to elect a king. The winner was to be the bird that could fly highest and the Eagle was confident of winning.

However, the clever little Wren perched on the Eagle's back and when the Eagle reached the highest point, the Wren launched out and flew higher

Because of this the Wren was declared the King.

To be King or Queen—give equal time to strategy, balance & form, as well as strength & power.

Then practice & perfect all of them!

Awen Symbol Used In YEA ArtworkThis artwork is known as the "awen" and is a Druid symbol that has several meanings. At its simplest:

The three rays are said to represent the harmony of opposites in the universe.

For example:

  • the two outer rays represent male and female energy and the central ray is the balance between them
  • it also represents the three domains of earth, sky and sea
  • and finally, the 3 rays represents mind, body and spirit.
